We are currently recruiting for bar & waiting staff to work various events over the Christmas period, however, this could lead to other employment opportunities. Ideally, we would like applicants to have prior bar experience, however, it’s not essential. Due to our clients location, transport is required. Unfortunately, there are no direct bus or train links. The working hours can vary, however, the shifts are normally from 18:30pm- 00:30/01:00am. Duties: Greeting customers and providing first class customer service. Taking orders from customers, and supporting both the bar and restaurant. Serving food and drinks on time. Answering customer questions, and referring to management when required. Keeping ALL area’s clean and tidy. Skills/Requirements: Attentive – You will be working during busy functions and events, therefore, you will need to be alert and attentive to customers. Enthusiastic – it’s a lively atmosphere; you are a big part of that. Bringing enthusiasm will keep our guests happy/ coming back. Friendly and welcoming – a smile goes a long way! Team player – serving up orders wouldn’t be possible without the bar and kitchen staff, and you’ll need to work with them closely to ensure a smooth service. Experience – previous bar experience is preferred, however, not essential. We can teach/support.
