Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid) required by a London, Docklands based company with 500 staff, initially it will be a 6 month FTC, but could become a permanent role. You will be part of a HR Department of 6 and be responsible for Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, the salary is up to £58,000.

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service, liaising with hiring managers at all levels. This role involves offering advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process to ensure the attraction and securing of top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the entire recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
  2. Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
  3. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
  4. Prepare recruitment materials and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
  5. Screen applications, arrange and conduct interviews, and administer assessments.
  6. Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media and specialist agencies.
  7. Shape the candidate journey, from initial screening to offer negotiation.
  8. Enhance the employee referral scheme to increase internal referrals.
  9. Maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, employees, and candidates.
  10. Manage data in the Applicant Tracking System, providing key insights to the Executive and finance departments.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven track record in recruiting within professional or financial services sectors.
  2. Background in in-house recruitment is highly desirable.
  3. Solid understanding of UK Equality and Diversity regulations.
  4. Experience with direct sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, social media).
