Role Overview
Ideal Insight requires a Junior Producer to join our fast-growing video production & photography agency. We work with a variety of brands, from small businesses through to large global enterprises such as Amazon, Samsung, Vodafone, and Citroen.
Working between the Account Managers and the Production Team, the successful candidate will handle all operational requirements for video and photography projects, and have the highest level of professionalism communicating with clients.
As a bonus, the ideal candidate will have a basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing to support the Production Team when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients on all elements of their project from pre-production through to final content delivery.
- Ensure projects are running on time, with confidence to flag issues with peers.
- Schedule production team member time into the production diary.
- Create call-sheets & shoot schedules.
- Organise, schedule, and brief freelance support as needed.
- Assist the production team with editing requests when no one else is available.
- Work directly with the Animation team to support animation briefs.
- QC all videos from the production team before sending to client (i.e. make sure all requested changes have been completed to a high standard).
- Understand filming risks and controls, create RAMS documents for shoots.
- Notify account managers of any upsell opportunities in-project.
- Talent casting, shortlisting, and management.
- Location scouting, shortlisting, and management.
- Continuously look for operational improvements and raise these with line manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing project management role, ideally within the creative industry.
- Strong communication skills (client & internal stakeholders).
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Expert schedule manager, managing timelines effectively.
- Confident with video editing on Premiere Pro.
- Positive attitude and a logical mindset/approach to projects.
- Hybrid work – come to London office 2-3 times per week.
