The People Collective is looking for someone who is passionate about supporting a Reward function that is engaging, scalable, and most importantly, equitable. The Reward Squad covers a lot of ground – from share options to compensation to reward governance and everything in between. You’ll play a key role by…

Reporting to the Benefits Lead, you’ll be playing a crucial role in Monzo’s expansion into the EU, ensuring that we have benefits in place that will attract and retain the best talent. The role is a 6-month fixed term contract, with the prime responsibility of supporting the set up of benefits in our new locations in the EU.

Key responsibilities:

  • You’ll be supporting the Benefits Lead to establish and launch the benefits programmes in the EU.
  • Ensuring that our new benefits programmes are compliant with local regulations, in line with Monzo’s global benefit’s strategy, and supports our business goals.
  • You’ll be liaising with our external benefits broker, ensuring that everything is set up smoothly.
  • You’ll be responsible for the implementation of benefits, working closely with stakeholders including our Supplier Operations team to onboard suppliers, tax team to ensure compliance, and People Operations to design seamless processes.

What’s in it for you

£65k – £90k pro-rated, dependant on experience.

This role can be based in our London office, but we’re open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London).

We will set you up to work from home; all employees are given Macbooks and for fully remote workers we will provide extra support for your work-from-home setup.
