Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Building service team in London. What you\’ll do: Ensure you abide by and work in line of the Skanska Laser focus plan Ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of the Project and other stakeholders are properly fulfilled Monitor and manage the scope, notices, terms and conditions of the Contract Monitor and manage the contract procedures, payments, variations together with contract entitlements Monitor and manage dispute management procedures What you\’ll bring to the role: Experience of commercially running large MEP projects Previous experience at SQS level running significant multiple subcontract packages £10-50M+Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law Experience with NEC and Design and Build forms of contract Client facing experience SMSTS Equal opportunities We thrive through embracing differences, whether they be social backgrounds, ethnicity, disability, gender identity or expression, age, religion, sexual orientation and any other protected characteristic – we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
