Graduate Recruitment & Recruitment Specialist
Elite US law firm housed in the City is hiring a Graduate Recruitment & Recruitment Specialist to take the lead with Graduate, Lateral and Business Services recruitment for the London office.
- Salary up to £65,000
- Hybrid working (4 days in the office)
- Autonomous role working directly with Partners and Group Heads
Responsibilities for the Graduate Recruitment & Recruitment Specialist will include:
- Managing Business Services Recruitment for London
- Conducting Interviews and Offer Management
- Assisting the Senior members of the team with the process of recruiting lateral Lawyers of London.
- Coordinating pre-employment screening
- Managing the US Summer Associate Program
- Coordinating work experience placements for London
- In collaboration with the Training Partner, manage the recruitment and hiring of vacation scheme students and Trainee Solicitors
- Attend all law fairs and events
- Manage the Vacation Scheme and summer rotation programmes
- Develop, Maintain and strengthen relationships target universities
- Coordinating the firm’ SQE process
- Managing the onboarding of new Trainee Solicitors
- Coordinating the Seat rotation process
Key Requirements for the successful Graduate Recruitment & Recruitment Specialist will include:
- Minimum of two years graduate recruitment experience within a law firm, ideally a law firm who has recruited from the top table
- Ambitious and wanting to take on a proactive and autonomous position
- Passion for working within a wider HR team
