Working as part of the Energy Team, we are looking for a Supervisor who can lead a team of energy advisers delivering advice and support to clients as they face the ongoing fuel crisis. The successful applicant will be an efficient and flexible team member who has:

  1. Experience in undertaking energy advice work for a minimum of 1 year
  2. Excellent communication & teamwork skills
  3. The ability to provide technical support and act as consultant to colleagues on complex queries
  4. Experience or understanding of the quality review process
  5. Supervisory experience
  6. Experience providing support as a Supervisor or Team Leader
  7. Experience of giving energy advice and able to comfortably provide technical supervision
  8. Good understanding of service delivery monitoring and performance management practices and procedures
  9. Experience or understanding of undertaking quality checks or file reviews
  10. Ability to prioritise own workload and that of the team
  11. Excellent written and communication skills
  12. Commitment and a desire to work in a culture that enables collaboration, where a supportive environment for colleagues is provided and where open and honest communication is championed.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Day-to-day management of service including chairing team meetings
  2. Performance against targets and quality standards, such as case checking
  3. Staff supervision, one to ones and inductions
  4. Limited advice delivery for complex energy advice cases
  5. Technical support on energy queries
