We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to play a key role in our marketing efforts, with a strong focus on social media management and email marketing, and general marketing administration to drive sales enablement.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing team on the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our business objectives in both B2C and B2B. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Support email marketing efforts, including automation and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns in line with the wider strategy and objectives, creating an engaging content calendar to drive audience growth and engagement across platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including coordinating assets, scheduling content, and managing campaign timelines.
- Support sales enablement efforts by ensuring marketing materials and collateral are up to date and accessible to the sales team.
- Support the coordination and delivery of events (virtual and in-person) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
- Experience with supporting email marketing efforts and email automation (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A strong understanding of the differences between B2B vs B2C marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
- Self-starter who can take ownership of projects and work independently when needed.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, etc.).
- Ability to commute to our Leeds-based office at least once a week to collaborate with the Marketing Manager.
Great to have, but not essential:
- Experience in Education or Healthcare is a plus.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous.
- Experience with project management systems (ClickUp, Monday, Asana).
- Basic understanding of design fundamentals and tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: £28,500 – £30,000 dependant on experience
