Our client is a growing PR consultancy specialising in reputation management for the legal sector. They are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Advisor to support their expanding team.
This role offers a varied and engaging workload, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and general HR administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a varied role, working closely with management, employees and external HR partners in an entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and external HR partners to attract top talent.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding processes for new employees, including training on internal systems and policies.
  • Maintaining and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and industry best practices.
  • Conducting regular check-ins to support staff wellbeing and professional development.
  • Managing and tracking training programmes, supporting employees in their career growth.
  • Administering employee benefits, including health insurance, wellbeing initiatives, and company perks.
  • Overseeing employee relations, assisting with disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Providing HR advice to the management team and employees on workplace issues, performance management, and career development.
  • Coordinating staff engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work culture.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience: Previous HR Advisor experience, ideally in PR or professional services. CIPD Level 5 required.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of UK employment law, excellent communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Proactive Approach: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Location: London (Office-Based)
Salary: £45,000 FTE / £27,000 Pro-rata
