Are you an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst looking to provide 2nd line support in a large enterprise environment?
The IT Support Analyst is an opportunity for an experienced IT support professional to work with colleagues across Digital & Technology, including on key projects such as deployments or installations. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our IT Support Services team.
With a can-do attitude, you\’ll play a vital role in supporting users both remotely and desk-side, with most of your work being escalated from our IT Service Desk. You\’ll support both staff and student computers, providing a quick response to standard day-to-day issues and requests, as well as engaging with projects.
You\’ll be based at Chelsea College of Arts and occasional travel to Camberwell College of Arts and Wimbledon College of Arts may be required.
About you
This role will suit an experienced IT Support Analyst with previous experience in 2nd line support, who is looking to expand their skill set within a large and complex environment.
You shall hold –
- A professional IT qualification / technical degree or relevant experience.
- Experience of working across Windows and Mac environments, including deployment and configuration of operating systems, hardware maintenance and fault-finding using command line tools.
- Experience supporting Active Directory, JAMF, Intune, DHCP, DNS and other networking technologies/basic network services.
- Experience of working across an ITIL aligned environment.
- Experience of desktop and mobile troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, and will demonstrate a logical, analytical approach to problem solving, interpreting customer requests to resolve problems.
