Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in SAP Service Management, Plant Maintenance, and Fleet Operations or similar fields.
- Ability to obtain SC Security Clearance.
- Must be a British National.
Your responsibilities are:
- Provide technical and configuration support for designing and building SAP and Non-SAP authorizations and roles for all SAP supported systems.
- Develop security roles to minimize business risk and ensure clear Segregation of Duties.
- Understand business processes to develop access controls and resolve user access issues.
- Participate in user access requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation.
- Propose alternatives based on best practices across the supported technologies.
- Assist in initial testing of problem fixes, change requests, enhancements, and new functionality in all projects.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk and other support teams to resolve incidents and problems.
- Stay updated on SAP and other industry security developments.
- Take responsibility for the quality of work performed.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how your specialization relates to the rest of the department and organization.
- Understand and apply business methodologies and procedures.
