We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript who can also contribute to backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or Python . In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing frontend applications while integrating and managing backend services in a cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product teams and architects to deliver scalable and reliable software.
2. Work with Docker for local development and deployment in cloud environments.
3. Troubleshoot and optimize performance across frontend and backend components.
4. Take ownership of features from development to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, Yarn, and NPM
3. Optimize UI/UX for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
4. Understanding of microservices, and event-based architecture.
5. Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development.
6. Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka .
7. Experience integrating with AWS services such as Lambda , S3 , DynamoDB , MSK , and API Gateway .
8. Experience with backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or Python is preferred.
9. Innovation: Interest in new technology and ability to work with early-stage ideas.

Nice-to-have:

1. Experience with frameworks like NextJS, VueJS, Angular, React, or similar .
2. Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
3. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
4. Experience with authentication strategies using OAuth, JWT, or Cognito .
5. Familiarity with Apache Spark/Flink for real-time data processing is an advantage.
6. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools .
7. Commercial awareness and knowledge of public sector.
8. Excellent communicator, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
