Are you a skilled Network Engineer with experience in Cisco Unified Communications (UC), Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Webex collaboration tools, entertainment/digital signage solutions, and the healthcare/NHS sector? We want to hear from you!
In this role, you will design, implement, and support communication and collaboration technologies to enhance our business operations and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unified Communications and Collaboration:
- Design, deploy, and manage Cisco UC solutions.
- Configure and maintain Cisco UCCE.
- Implement and manage Webex tools.
- Integrate collaboration tools with third-party applications.
- Entertainment and Digital Signage Solutions:
- Design and deploy digital signage systems.
- Collaborate with content teams.
- Optimize network performance for streaming and multimedia applications.
- Implementation and Operations:
- Conduct end-to-end implementation of UC solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage firmware upgrades, patches, and updates.
- Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor network and system performance.
- Analyze call quality metrics and resolve QoS issues.
- Maintain documentation of designs and configurations.
- Support and Collaboration:
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams.
- Train junior engineers and end-users on collaboration technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (mandatory).
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco UC, UCCE, and collaboration tools.
- Strong knowledge of Webex tools.
- Experience with SIP, H.323, MGCP protocols.
- QoS, network routing, and switching technologies.
- Hands-on experience with digital signage platforms and multimedia streaming.
- Scripting and automation skills using Python, Ansible, or similar tools are a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
