Job Type: Self-Employed – Full Time Hours A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Multi-Skilled Plumber with a minimum of 4 years’ experience to join our team of experienced builders and tradespeople. We are looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber that has worked in the building trade for at least 4 years. Our customer base is extensive from all NHS Trusts across Birmingham, Local Councils, Schools and Educational establishments and letting agents to home maintenance and residential house extensions and conversions. Key Requirement: * Plumbing Qualification * Minimum 4 years’ experience (references will be checked) * Driving Licence Experience in these other areas is desirable: * Carpentry * Painting and decorating * Plastering/ rendering * Brick laying * Tiling * Basic electrics * Property repair and maintenance * General building work We are looking for someone who is hardworking with a can-do attitude, punctual, well presented, with a friendly attitude, the ability to work on their own and as part of a team and is happy to muck in. We are based in Erdington, North Birmingham but you will be required to work in different areas across Birmingham and the West Midlands area. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week (7.00 am to 3pm) with overtime optional and available.
