A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join one of our delightful clients, an international Property/Design consultancy firm based in the heart of the West End where you will be providing support to a team of Equity Partners. Based in a beautiful and modern office, you will be working closely with a collaborative, dedicated, hardworking, and sociable team. Core duties will include extensive diary and travel management as well as working on ad-hoc projects, organising extensive events, and creating presentations using InDesign. Personality and culture fit as well as having solid PA/Team Assistant experience is essential – looking for a bright, personable, proactive, warm, and polished candidate who takes pride in their role and is an effective communicator. Ideally looking at experience gained in property, finance, or design but will remain open for the right person fit! Excellent MS Office and use of InDesign even to an intermediate level is essential.
