We\’re leading a search for mergers and acquisitions insurance platform looking to appointment Corporate Lawyer to the team to join as an M&A Underwriter; the team underwrite UK & European governed deals most of which are multi-jurisdictional and complex in nature. We are interested in speaking to corporate lawyers (NQ – 4) interested in exploring the M&A underwriting world; the market allows corporate lawyers to leverage the technical legal and M&A background they hold within a deal driven and commercial environment.
