We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive data-backed growth initiatives across the business. This role is critical in analysing and understanding key performance metrics, uncovering actionable insights, and supporting business decision-making at scale. This role will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, building compelling business cases, and supporting our Customer Success Managers with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with EMEA leadership to streamline operations, enhance reporting, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll act as the trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business problems into requirements for analysis. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and Partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Growth Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities across various markets, verticals, and business lines
  • Business Case Development: Develop robust, data-driven business cases to support our wide and highly reputable customer base
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPI’s, Identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimisation across different tech platforms, markets and business strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis / management consulting, preferably within a high-growth tech or SaaS company
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics)
  • Communicating data clearly and effectively through storytelling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyse large datasets and draw actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel/Power Point
  • Experience using SQL is a nice to have
  • Experience in e-commerce field or B2C is a plus
