Job Description

The Investment20/20 Programme

We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted to be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You\’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you\’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates, and non-graduates. We offer entry-level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an analytical and collaborative Junior Distribution Strategy & Execution Analyst to support data manipulation, automation, and analysis across the EMEA Distribution function.

Responsibilities:

  • Summarising and manipulating data from Salesforce dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Analysing and synthesizing market data (e.g., Broadridge, Preqin) related to trends, flows, AUM developments, and asset class net flows.
  • Automate data processing and reporting tasks using Excel and VBA to improve efficiency.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of dashboards for tracking key business and financial metrics.

  • We are unable to accept industry placement year students onto this programme.
  • We require all applicants to have the right to work in the UK until at least January 2027.
