Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards.
Match clients with their ideal rental properties and coordinate viewings.
Manage the full offer process from initiation to handover.

Qualifications & Skills
Significant experience as a Lettings Negotiator in the residential estate agency sector.
ARLA qualification (desirable).
Valid driving licence (essential).
Outstanding communication skills to connect with clients at all levels.
Comprehensive understanding of current residential lettings legislation.
Self‐motivation and exceptional organisational skills for a fast‐paced environment.
