I am seeking a highly experienced Director Financial Controller to lead financial operations, compliance, and reporting for a global organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and optimizing business processes in a complex, fast-paced environment.
As a key partner to senior executives, you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategies, driving business decisions, and ensuring the organization’s adherence to US GAAP, IFRS, and local financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Integrity & Compliance – Oversee financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Audit & Controls – Lead statutory audits, liaise with external auditors, and strengthen internal controls.
- Strategic Advisory – Provide financial insights for business transactions, acquisitions, and investments.
- Risk & Regulatory Oversight – Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage risk reporting.
- Treasury & Cash Management – Oversee bank accounts and financial transactions to ensure efficient liquidity management.
- Leadership & Team Development – Manage a team of finance professionals, drive performance, and foster continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Financial Leadership – 10+ years of experience in financial control, accounting, or audit within a global organization or Big 4 firm.
