As a Business Analyst at The Crown Estate, you will be at the forefront of researching and documenting business needs, processes, data and requirements. Your insights will provide clarity to project teams and help shape the future at The Crown Estate. You will work closely with business stakeholders and product owners to deliver incremental, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse & Document: Transform business needs into actionable insights for our Digital team.
  2. Drive Projects: Propel projects forward with momentum and precision.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Negotiate delivery phases based on business priorities and technical feasibility.
  4. Research & Diagnose: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements.
  5. Change Sponsorship: Lead technology change initiatives across The Crown Estate.
  6. Workflow Documentation: Map out current and proposed business process workflows.
  7. Account Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the Engineering Digital team.
  8. Prioritise & Plan: Maintain a clear backlog of requirements and collaborate with Engineering Digital to deliver phased solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst, especially in Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA.
  2. Communication: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  3. Relationship Management: Expertise in managing business relationships and understanding stakeholder priorities.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in process modelling, data modelling and the Microsoft application stack. Cloud computing experience is a plus.
  5. Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  6. Team Player: Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  7. Organisational Skills: Excellent at meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
  8. Continuous Improvement: A mindset geared towards innovation and challenging the status quo.

Desired: BCS Practitioner or equivalent.
