As a Sous Chef you will be expected to run various sections in the kitchen and will be responsible for executing all dishes produced to a consistently high standard. Being a team player is important and you will be expected to help lead the junior team members in developing their ability and knowledge of a professional kitchen environment., Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with required standards Making sure that food is served promptly Monitoring food production to ensure consistent quality and portion size Assist in maintaining a 5 star hygiene rating Stock control, stock order and budgeting Following relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
