We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for a one-year post within our Community Falls Service. The role is for 15 hours per week.
This role involves supporting the care homes Occupational Therapist (OT) with administrative tasks critical to a project aimed at enhancing falls assessments. The project will utilize activity monitors and sensors in care homes to support falls assessments and falls care plans.
