Warwick Business School (WBS) is a world-class business school at the heart of an outstanding university. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to join our Executive Education team.
This position allows you to shape and grow the operations and delivery of the fast-growing, highly ranked Executive Education unit.
You will be responsible for continually bringing in best practices and being up-to-date with innovative delivery formats.
In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated operations and programme delivery staff that ensure the successful delivery of the whole portfolio: Open and Customised programmes.
You will represent Executive Education across a wide stakeholder landscape inside WBS and the wider University.
Your work will directly influence the success of our delivery and operations excellence to produce outstanding customer satisfaction and optimum customer experience.
