The Opportunity
Proudfoot is a rapidly expanding and successful management consultancy known for employing the industry\’s most brilliant and inquisitive minds. Our vision for the next five years is clear; we aim to expand our business presence further into the Capital Delivery sector, whether focusing on corporate-led initiatives or supporting clients on one project, to deliver greater results for our clients. To support this vision, we are seeking several highly experienced senior delivery leaders, with which to embark on this journey.
In this role, we are seeking candidates with a solid background in Capital Delivery and a proven track record of executing complex TOTEX (CAPEX as a minimum) transformation programs. This isn\’t specific to an industry sector, as we work across several, but you must have experience of significant spend projects, where you have worked across the hierarchy from Board level to Supervisor. You will have experience of taking charge of developing and nurturing relationships in this sector. We are specifically searching for passionate leaders with existing relationships, but special consideration will be given to those who have worked in the Mining, Oil & Gas and/or the Water sectors.
