As a Product Manager at Allego, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to develop and enhance our award-winning revenue enablement platform. Your role will be pivotal in defining, building, and launching features that empower sales and marketing teams to create dynamic, data-driven content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  1. Own the roadmap for key features, aligning priorities with customer needs and business goals.
  2. Drive continuous discovery by gathering insights from customers, stakeholders, and competitive analysis.
  3. Balance long-term strategic initiatives with short-term delivery needs.

Execution & Delivery

  1. Work closely with engineering, design, and dev ops to define, refine, and execute product requirements.
  2. Manage end-to-end feature development, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  3. Prioritize and refine the backlog, making trade-offs based on impact, feasibility, and customer value.

Customer & Market Insight

  1. Engage with customers, sales, and customer success teams to deeply understand pain points and opportunities.
  2. Stay up to date on sales enablement and technology trends, including AI and digital sales rooms.
  3. Ensure product decisions are driven by qualitative and quantitative data.

Go-To-Market & Adoption

  1. Partner with product marketing to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
  2. Support enablement efforts to ensure internal teams and customers fully understand new capabilities.
  3. Define and monitor product performance, iterating based on feedback and insights.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

  1. Product Management Experience: 3–7 years in a SaaS product management role, ideally in B2B software.
  2. Technical & UX Fluency: Comfortable working with engineering and design teams.
  3. User-Centric Thinking: Passion for understanding sales and marketing workflows and translating them into intuitive solutions.
  4. Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align teams around a shared vision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Agility & Problem-Solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making smart trade-offs in a fast-paced environment. Experience with agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-Have

  1. Experience with martech integrations (CRM, marketing automation, etc.).
  2. Background in sales, marketing, or enablement teams—or experience building products for these users.

UK-based, with offices in Newcastle upon Tyne. Open to remote candidates within the UK, with occasional on-site visits to Newcastle upon Tyne as needed.
