Store Manager Role
The Store Manager is a vital part of our business. You will guide customers as they seek to design the ideal home, taking a consultative approach to sales to ensure they leave satisfied with their purchase and a great customer journey. As an experienced, motivational, and inspirational leader, you will deliver excellent team sales performance. You should care for and support your team, leading by example with OFL values and behaviours. Experience in big box retail, ideally furniture, is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided.
