As our Night Manager, you will be at the helm of the overnight operations, collaborating closely with our esteemed Managers to ensure seamless service across every aspect of the hotel experience. Your role will be diverse, spanning Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen, requiring ambition and adaptability to excel in various scenarios.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a liaison between the General Manager, guests, and the operational team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  2. Maintain our renowned service standards through constant monitoring and proactive adjustments as necessary.
  3. Take charge of hotel security during night hours, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and team members.
  4. Conduct regular health and safety checks to uphold our commitment to providing a secure environment.
  5. Uphold and elevate our reputation for exceptional customer service, fostering strong and lasting relationships with guests.
  6. Be prepared to manage any incidents or accidents involving guests or team members with professionalism and efficiency.
  7. Offer operational support to all departments as needed, ensuring a cohesive and efficient overnight operation.
  8. Run night audit procedures and generate insightful nightly reports for senior managers, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

What you Need:

  1. Previous experience as a Night Manager or Head of Department within a 5-star hotel environment.
