We are assisting a client with offices in Angel-London to recruit for a Business Development Manager who can consultatively sell the company’s range of products to a varied client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and strengthen relationships with existing client base.
  2. Prospect for potential clients and convert them into increased business opportunities.
  3. Identify and understand key influencers, decision makers, and structures within client and prospect organizations.
  4. Identify the business’s key unique selling propositions and differentiators in order to gain market advantage.
  5. Gather a strong, ongoing understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
  6. Understand and engage the culture of the company and its missions and goals.
  7. Plan, forecast, and execute in accordance with KPIs and overall objectives.
  8. Submit and ensure data is accurate and updated on Salesforce.
  9. Collaborate and coordinate with the regional team and ultimately contribute towards business growth, cultivating and managing a strong sales pipeline.
  10. Demonstrate good planning, forward thinking, with the ability and determination to work to timelines.
  11. Work with a mindset of self-sufficiency and self-reliance to achieve success, including networking, calling out to prospects, revisiting your own network of contacts, and attending exhibitions and similar events.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures at all times.
  13. Exhibit integrity, personality, character, energy, and persuasiveness as essential elements to success.
  14. Act as an ambassador of the company, maintaining high expectations of conduct at all times.

Package:

Salary £40,000 uncapped commission, additional discretionary annual bonus, 25 days annual leave, gym membership, healthcare plan, etc.
