Facilities Manager – Global IT Services company based in Central London

A fantastic company which is fast growing and evolving is looking for a Facilities Manager to be based on site in London (5 days a week) covering their London office + 2 other regional offices with the possibility of more offices being opened in the future.

As a Facilities Manager you will be leading a team, ensuring collaboration and driving operational excellence through strong supplier management and KPI tracking.

Reporting directly to the Head of Facility Management; your responsibilities will be varied and include ensuring service quality and contract compliance through effective KPI management, optimising space utilisation to accommodate company growth and conducting safety risk assessments to ensure compliance with workplace standards.

You will be responsible for the physical security of systems such as access control, alarms, surveillance as well as leading office renovations/relocations and driving any sustainability initiatives.

Our client is looking for a dynamic, energetic, self-sufficient and service orientated Facilities Manager with at least 5 years’ experience working within a fast growing global business which evolves constantly whom also thrives in a versatile role.

Key skills and experience

  • Experience of opening new offices and office moves is important
  • Must have IOSH /other FM quals
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management role
  • Previous experience managing staff such as Receptionists/ Facilities Assistants
  • Proven expertise in project management with a strong focus on workplace experience and follow-up in critical areas.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards, emergency response protocols, and sustainability frameworks.
  • Proficiency in tracking and reporting KPIs for operational performance.
  • Must have great communication, stakeholder management skills
  • Accustomed to working in a fast growing global business which evolves constantly
