Project Monitoring Surveyor

A Project and Bank Monitoring Specialist Consultancy is seeking to recruit a Senior or Associate level Fund Monitoring Surveyor for its London office. As a leader in the market, this company works on multiple prominent projects across London and the South East. Projects span various sectors including Mixed Use, Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Retail, and Industrial, offering diverse opportunities along with a market-leading salary and bonus package.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• QS/Building Surveying background with MRICS status and some previous monitoring experience.
• A clear understanding of the role's expectations and a strong career motivation to specialise in this area.
