Family Law Solicitor – Exeter
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join this highly reputable law firm in Devon. As a part of this successful family law team, you will have a focus on Family and Matrimonial law. You will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality family law services to a diverse client base in the South West.
Role:
- Managing a caseload of family law matters to include divorce, Children Act matters, financial remedy, and prenuptial agreements.
- Working on complex and high-net-worth family law matters.
- Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the growth and success of the Family law department.
- Staying updated on legal developments and best practices within the Family law sector.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-4 PQE with a proven track record in handling private law family law.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent client care skills and show an ability to maintain and build relationships.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Desire to take a key part in the growth and progression of this family law department.
