Head of Talent Acquisition

Location: Hybrid (Office/Remote) | Flexible Part-Time Hours (21 per week)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Pro Rata + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £100,000+)

About the Role

Blushes is a growing business, and we are seeking aHead of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment of top stylists and onboard new salon partners.

This is aproactive headhunting role , not a traditional recruitment position. Theonly measure of success is results —bringing in new stylists and salons. We need someone who canfind, engage, and secure top talent , not simply manage processes.

The ideal candidate will haveexperience in or knowledge of the hair and beauty industry and a deep understanding of how to attract and retain top stylists. They will be required tobuild and maintain a database of hair stylists and salons , ensuring a strong pipeline for ongoing recruitment.

This role requiresmaximum efficiency , leveraging methods such asAI, automation, and recruitment technology to operate at scale. The successful candidate will work closely with theMarketing and Operations teams to align efforts with the company’s expansion goals and willreport directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Stylist and Salon Recruitment

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new stylists throughdirect outreach, networking, and social media .
  • Activelyheadhunt top talent across the UK, usingcreative and strategic sourcing methods .
  • Build, maintain, and consistentlynurture a database of high-quality stylists and salons .
  • Secure partnerships with new salons and integrate them into the Blushes model.
  • Effectivelysell the opportunity , ensuring stylists and salon owners understand the benefits of joining Blushes.

Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute a structured recruitment strategy to meet onboarding targets.
  • Move quickly tosecure top talent before competitors do .
  • ImplementAI-driven tools, automation, and digital recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and scale outreach efforts.
  • Track recruitment performance and provide structured reports to senior leadership.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work closely with theMarketing and Operations teams to ensure recruitment efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Participate inmonthly strategy meetings , presenting progress and insights on stylist and salon acquisition.
  • Continuouslyrefine and improve recruitment strategies based on performance data and market trends.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Industry Experience – Experience working in or recruiting for thehair and beauty industry is preferred.
  • A Specialist in Talent Acquisition – Skills inheadhunting, recruitment, or sales-focused hiring in a competitive environment.
  • Target driven – A proactive and determined approach to identifying and engaging top talent.
  • Database and Pipeline Management – Experiencebuilding and nurturing a talent database to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
  • Tech-Driven and Efficient – Proficiency in usingAI tools, CRM systems, and recruitment software to work at scale.
  • Persuasive and Results-Oriented – Ability to confidentlysell opportunities and secure commitments from stylists and salons.
  • Strategic and Self-Sufficient – Ability todevelop, implement, and adjust a recruitment plan .
