The Club is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to join and deliver exceptional fan-facing communications.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Marketing Communications Executive will drive the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns across key business areas (Retail, Conferences & Events, Premium and Global Football Development). You will build communications within the team, plotting activity in a time-sensitive manner working with a range of stakeholders. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processes across all activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, build and deploy email campaigns to a schedule of required comms across key business lines (Retail, Conferences & Events, Premium and Global Football Development).
- Plan, build and deploy app notifications, in-app automations, and inbox messaging campaigns for the Official Tottenham Hotspur app.
- Optimise briefing and delivery processes across all activity.
- Experiment through A/B testing to elevate CRM performance & fan experience.
- Management of content on key platforms to ensure fans have access to the right information at the right time.
- Preparing, analysing, and presenting regular updates, campaign reports, and post-campaign performance results.
- Key stakeholder in meetings with a range of business areas to create and implement test strategies.
- Utilise marketing automation tools to develop the quality of communications.
- Track activity against KPIs and present findings on a regular basis.
- Produce & review all assets for all campaigns including written and visual content.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- You will live and breathe fan growth & engagement, marketing technology, and understand the importance of fan data.
- You have a strong analytical mind and make good use of data to drive your decisions.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Working Experience: Experience in a D2C start-up or scale-up e-commerce, subscription, or high growth business.
- Marketing Communications: Previous experience in email and/or mobile app marketing is essential.
- Data & Reporting: Comfortable working in reporting tools and creating campaign reports.
- Marketing Technology: Experience with Movable Ink or similar personalisation tool preferred.
- Core Skills: Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ad hoc travel to our Warehouse & Training Centre, both in Enfield, may be required.
Due to the nature of this role, you may be required to work outside of regular office hours.
