We are looking for a candidate that shares our aims and ambitions, an individual with talent and commitment.The candidate will work in a mobile team within the specified locations. We are looking for a Team Leader to join us immediately. If you have what it takes to excel, then we would like to hear from you.Your Responsibilities For maintenance roles, you will visit commercial sites delivering a high-quality grounds maintenance service including grass cutting, hedge/shrub pruning and weed removal/treatment.All members of the team will be required to operate the company online Service Delivery Platform to complete a range of health and safety checks and timesheets via mobile telephone device.What You\’ll Need A full clean driving licenceComfortable driving a long wheelbase vehicleComfortable driving regular long distances within allocated regionsSound knowledge of Health and Safety relevant to the industry is preferred but not essentialExperience operating grounds maintenance machinery including hedgecutters, strimmers, blowers, ride-on/pedestrian mowers is preferred but not essentialPA1/PA6 qualification, CITB HSE test or CSCS cards are preferred but not essentialCompany Benefits Paid travel and break time20 Days annual leave plus bank holidaysTraining and developmentPensions are available in line with prevailing legislationDiscretionary Christmas Bonus SchemeEmployee Assistance Programme (wellbeing support programme)Benchmark is a multi-award-winning national service provider, dedicated to providing the full range of exceptional grounds maintenance services.
