Position: Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel
Client: Leading Financial Services Client (Hybrid working)
Astral Legal have partnered with a leading Financial Services client to recruit a Legal Counsel as a number 2 to work with their General Counsel.
You will be joining a small team, providing high-quality work in the following areas:
Key Duties:
- Corporate Law: Advising on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, investments, company restructuring, shareholder agreements, share plans and options schemes, and other corporate matters.
- Commercial Law: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply agreements, partnership arrangements, and service level agreements. Providing legal advice and support on data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR compliance and internal data policies.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal Legal Counsel will have 3-4 years PQE experience. Candidates from In-House or a top city law firm will be considered.
