If so, we could have the job for you…. Role: Assistant SPC Manager for Capital Variations or Service Variations and Performance Salary: 50K + 10% Bonus + Car + 10% Pension The Role: We require people to take care of Capital Variations or Service Variations and Performance for a large PFI contract in the Healthcare / Hospital Sector. You: We seek candidates with a similar or an FM / Construction background with excellent project/organizational ability and experience working on PFI Projects. Responsibilities: Support the completion of the services team under operational management contracts and management of variations. Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control programmes in relation to service providers. Prepare statutory reports, returns, statistics, and financial information in line with applicable law and in accordance with operational management contracts and internal policies and procedures. Adhere to and assist in the development of financial and operational policies. Assist the SPC Manager in monitoring all third-party service providers to each SPC operating company in respect of performance and availability, including a project compliance review. Interested?
