Key Responsibilities

• Provide governance and guidance across SAP applications to ensure best practices across multiple workstreams.
• Lead the design and build of the SAP FS-BP platform in collaboration with external partners.
• Offer technical leadership and strategic direction to high-performing teams.

Key Skills

• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Partner (BP), SAP Cloud Platform, ABAP, and other related technologies.
• A strong technical background with a track record of progression into technical leadership roles.
• Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Excellent people management and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business-friendly .
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
