We are looking to hire a Tax Manager skilled in Transfer Pricing to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract! Supporting on all aspects of tax across the Group, this is an opportunity to reshape processes and bring new insights and expertise to the table to further develop the capability and capacity within our established tax team.

What you’ll do:

  • Managing Transfer Pricing compliance—updating documentation, reviewing methodologies, identifying risks and opportunities, and improving processes.
  • Developing a new methodology for Country-by-Country Reporting, ensuring compliance with Pillar Two requirements.
  • Supporting the Pillar Two project—researching regulations across different countries and shaping the Group’s data gathering and reporting process.
  • Providing tax support and advice to business divisions alongside the Head of Tax and Senior Tax Manager.
  • Assisting with worldwide tax compliance to ensure seamless operations across jurisdictions.

What you’ll bring:

  • Relevant tax or accounting qualification with post-qualified experience in an international tax function.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Country-by-Country Reporting, and Pillar Two rules.
  • Proven tax accounting and compliance experience under IFRS.
  • Expertise in UK tax and a solid understanding of overseas tax risks.
  • A dedicated approach, with the ability to take ownership, solve problems, and work to tight timescales.
  • Outstanding communication skills—comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Systems experience – HFM is required, and SAP is desirable.
