Change Manager – Insurance (OQ6L5Y-05588AC7) London, England
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join a Global Insurance Business on an initial 6 month Inside IR35 contract. The ideal candidate for this role will have worked on General or London Markets Insurance as well as Target Operating Model experience.
The roleholder is to proactively support the business to prepare for, deliver and adopt a wide variety of change activity and initiatives, with a focus on the human behaviour and the people impact of change and embedding new ways of working within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on and integrate change management activities into the overall business/programme objectives and delivery plans.
- Develop and implement specific change strategies.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organisation, fostering collaboration and ensuring their support and commitment to change initiatives.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Oversee development of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, stakeholder analysis, communications and training plans.
