Department Overview:
As part of Global Finance / Global Supply Chain & Corporate Services, Mastercard\’s Real Estate Services (RES) department provides four primary services for Mastercard\’s core businesses internally – real estate transactions (acquisition – leasing & disposition), facilities management, capital project management (incl. refurbishment) & lease administration. RES teams devise fit-for-purpose functional strategies, develop robust implementation plans, leverage emerging trends and identify opportunity areas that deliver a competitive advantage for Mastercard\’s business. This is accomplished through global alignment, proactively planning / executing, measuring & optimizing all enterprise\’s occupancy needs – financial & operational, to ensure quality of services and related continuous improvements are given highest priority.
Role:
- Support the finance and administrative side of the Europe focused Real Estate Services team.
- Ensure the optimal utilization and proper functioning of the facilities and support in the assessment and evaluations of the physical space requirements of the organization.
- Supplier & Contingent Worker management – on and off boarding of facilities contingent workers, new landlords and RES Suppliers.
- Processing invoice submissions, cost tracking and fielding payment queries from Suppliers & Landlords.
- Purchase order management – Preparation, submission and closure of Annual Purchase Order requisitions.
- Advocate for the Global Supply Chain organization as a whole.
- Stakeholder Management – being a face of the RES team and assisting our internal clients.
- KPI coordination across the Europe region for all service lines of our outsourced partners.
- Assist in Regional Workday support.
All About You:
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of facility management concepts.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of hard and soft services.
- Experience delivering accurate work in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate skills on Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Basic Real Estate qualification a plus but not essential.
