As a Senior Microsoft Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enabling our business to maximise M365 services while actively shaping our employees’ digital work environment. If you’re ready to contribute to our global IT team, we’d love to hear from you!

How you will create impact:

• Play a key role in enabling the business to utilise M365 services effectively and contribute to the hybrid-cloud transformation of IT systems and services.
• Perform maintenance, lifecycle management, and daily administration of hybrid IT systems across both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Actively monitor systems and services, providing incident escalation support.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and serve as a subject matter expert in your area.
• Regularly contribute to technical and process documentation.
• Act as a mentor to less experienced IT colleagues.

Your profile:

• A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related qualification; industry certifications are a plus.
• Extensive experience working in hybrid M365/Azure environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), Certification Authority (CA) & Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Group Policy, File Services, and Print Services.
• Experience with M365 collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange) and virtualisation technologies (VMware, Microsoft RDS).
• Proven experience in hands-on IT project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English.
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team.
