We are seeking an experienced Service Manager with expertise in managing Cybersecurity SaaS products to join our team. Reporting to the CISO, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and management of security services, including service provider liaison, incident response, and change management., * Service Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services, ensuring SLAs, performance metrics, and security requirements are met.

Provider Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, manage contracts, track performance, and handle escalations.

Incident Management: Take ownership of incident management, coordinating response teams to ensure swift resolution of security incidents.

Change Management: Lead the change management process, ensuring all changes to security systems are secure and properly tested before deployment.

Managed Services: Oversee the performance of managed cybersecurity services to ensure security, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.

3-5+ years of service management experience, with a focus on cybersecurity and SaaS.

Strong understanding of cloud security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proven experience in incident and change management.

Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management best practices.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
