Job Description
Senior Counter Fraud Compliance Manager
6 months
£500 – £600 per day (Inside IR35)
London – Hybrid (1 day per week onsite)
We have an urgent opening for a Senior Counter Fraud Compliance Manager to lead a team on high-value compliance investigations and be responsible for collating and assessing the evidence. This role will require someone who can overcome challenges and deliver at pace whilst making robust decisions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in leading a team while managing a high volume of Counter Fraud investigations.
- Experienced in developing and embedding key counter fraud processes, in line with the Government Counter Fraud Functional Standard.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations, and processes to deliver effective investigations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that effectively communicate complex issues to non-expert audiences
- Ability to build effective relationships and successfully influence challenging external stakeholders.
- Ability to proactively prioritise, plan and schedule complex tasks, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure.
