Job Description

McCall Ltd (Rec2Rec) are working with a Healthcare recruitment agency based in Romford. The agency has been in business for 7+ years, specialise in Nursing, Critical Care, Midwifery/ Neonatal and Mental Health sectors and employ 20+ staff.

Due to a period of stability and in a position to invest and grow my client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager. This is a vital hire for the agency. You will be responsible for retaining business and winning new business in Social Care. You will inherit a team of two and in time hire further Recruitment Consultants based on your success.

We are looking to speak to experienced Healthcare Business Development Managers only with experience working in a Healthcare recruitment agency! The ideal candidate will have experience working in Social Care recruitment however this is not essential.

Paying c£50k per annum DOE + bonus you will be required to work in the office five-days per week with no hybrid option working either 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm.
