Join our team in Luton as an Accounts Reconciliation Analyst! This is your chance to play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You’ll be an essential part of our finance team, supporting our colleagues in the US by managing various reconciliation and reporting tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly., * Prepare, reconcile and deliver Weekly Discrepancy reports to the account teams

  • Perform key account Open AR and unapplied cash analysis and deliver as scheduled

  • Report Collection status

  • Document and maintain assigned account components

  • Collaborate and cultivate continuous improvement through participation

  • Ability to work flexible hours with direction & training coming from the U.S. Team

  • Experience reconciling data

  • Preferred knowledge and experience with VMS systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, etc.)

  • Demonstrated knowledge in all areas of accounts receivable

  • Experience working with account management to resolve unpaid account balances and billing discrepancies

  • Strong analytical and technical skills

  • Intermediate Excel skillset including VLOOKUP’s, Pivots and Reporting
