About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will collaborate with leadership teams in the CEO Office, HR, Legal, and Finance. You’ll oversee corporate messaging, executive positioning, and internal communications while managing the Corporate Communications Lead/Coordinator. This role is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate communication strategies.
- Manage executive messaging, presentations, and events.
- Oversee internal communications, including global town halls.
- Lead corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employer branding efforts.
- Plan and execute crisis communication strategies.
- Support leadership with strategic messaging and positioning.
Your Experience Includes:
- 10+ years in marketing and/or communications, ideally in a global organization.
- Strong background in corporate or internal communications.
- Proven stakeholder management and organizational communication skills.
- Experience in the technology sector is a strong advantage.
- Expertise in crafting executive presentations and key messaging.
