Description
We’re hiring a Associate Partner Manager at Zinc! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Partnerships team and support the expansion of our partner network on the technical/software side.
As we continue to integrate new partners and enhance our partner management capabilities, we need an entry-level team member to help us scale our efforts. This role will focus on managing partner relationships, handling queries, and ensuring our affiliate partners receive exceptional support. This entry-level role is designed to support our growing technical partner network .

Key Responsibilities
- Partner Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for partner-related queries and requests.
- Relationship Building: Establish and strengthen commercial relationships with our Tier 2-3 and affiliate partners.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with partners to support Zinc’s goals and ensure seamless interactions.
- Affiliate & Tier 3 Management: Oversee the performance and engagement of lower-tier partners.
- Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the knowledge and resources they need to represent Zinc effectively.
- Onboarding Support: Assist the Technical Partner Manager with new partner onboarding.
- Troubleshooting: Address partner support inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Referral Processing: Ensure partner referrals are handled smoothly to provide a great experience with Zinc.
- Team Projects: Assist in partnership-related projects and coordination with internal teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a variety of software tools and platforms.
- Adaptability to New Tech: Able to quickly learn and utilize new integration platforms.
- Data Handling: Basic knowledge of data organization and analysis (Excel or similar tools).
- Troubleshooting: Ability to problem-solve technical and operational partner issues.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for partner interactions.
