An elite US law firm client is seeking a 2-6 years' PQE lawyer to join its Private Funds team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to work within a market-leading practice that specializes in fund formation, structuring, and operations across a wide range of asset classes, including private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and venture capital funds. This US law firm stands out for balancing exacting standards and delivery without the hard edges associated with some of their peers.
