The Role
Visa is searching for a high-agency Senior Product Manager to join the Visa Direct Product Agile Delivery team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader who is passionate about developing the careers of ADMs, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration, and building an environment for high performing teams to succeed.

Scope
- The overall objective of the role within the treasury team is to build towards a real time unified treasury for all Visa Direct products i.e. Collection, Payouts and Conversions. The focus of the role in the short term is as a follow, this might change to other areas as the platform matures.
- As the Product Manager for key components of the treasury platform i.e. safeguarding, ledger etc., you will spearhead the development and maintenance of our core systems responsible for financial ledger management and the safeguarding of customer assets.
- You will be a key point of contact from product team working with different stakeholders from compliance, technology and others with the objective of building a unified safeguarding module to support the launch of new products, features and regional expansions.
- Treasury team is instrumental in managing liquidity to enable Visa Direct to meet speed promises and minimising costs. You will be responsible developing the infrastructure that will enable us to optimise our liquidity management.
- Visa Direct is rapidly expanding globally, creating new products to consumers and businesses, entering new jurisdictions and offering new products. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex projects integrating new Visa products and markets into our Treasury systems.
- You will ensure that we implement and update the systems to enable the treasury team to fulfil its obligations as Visa Direct continues to scale into new markets and products.
- You will support operations teams through new implementations, including training regional operations teams on safeguarding processes as part of regional expansions.
Leadership:
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Develop and implement Agile delivery strategies and processes, tailoring them to organisational needs and promoting their adoption across all teams.
- Identify, analyse, and lead efforts to mitigate systemic blockers.
- Demonstrate the Visa leadership principles.
Delivery & Performance:
- Oversee all aspects of the product delivery lifecycle, ensuring that teams deliver value to our business and customers.
- Monitoring and control of Delivery in the Tribe through weekly reporting.
- Act as an escalation point for blocked delivery initiatives in the tribe and support teams in resolving them, facilitating decision-making processes.
- Identify potential risks and impediments, proactively implementing solutions and mitigations to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor delivery performance across the tribe using standardised KPIs, identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure teams are working effectively and delivering high-quality outputs.
Coaching & line Management:
- Providing coaching and mentorship to Agile Delivery Managers, to ensure best practices are followed across all teams.
- Be accountable for recruitment of ADMs, their onboarding, training and career development for your tribe.
- Provide regular feedback to Agile Delivery Managers on how they can maximise impact and minimise delivery risk.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement, conducting regular retrospectives and implementing changes as necessary.

- Top-notch stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence colleagues in small, cross-functional scrum teams

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or Project Management role, preferably in a software-first Fintech or start-up
- Preferably domain knowledge in Fintech – e.g. payments, FX, transaction banking or trading
- Strong domain knowledge in Fintech – e.g. Liquidity and Cash Management, safeguarding, cash flow and forecasting, payments, FX, transaction banking or trading
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the flexibility to adapt your experience to evolving environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Ability to communicate equally effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
